How to Order
- DIGITAL option. This is the quickest way to buy a gift card and is usually delivered on the same day. After check-out, you will receive the digital gift card by email in the form of a PDF for forwarding to your intended recipient. To save on postage choose “Collect & Digital Gift Card” for free shipping during check-out. IMPORTANT: The email provided at check-out will be the email we will use for emailing the gift card unless you tell us otherwise, see below.
- PHYSICAL option: As the description implies the gift card is a physical (plastic) card that you will be sent to you by post (shipping charge is applied at check-out). Delivery is usually 3 days but please allow up to 7 days via first-class post (recorded delivery is also an option). The gift card is mounted on a holder and is supplied in a cellophane pouch with a plain envelope and chi yu brochure. We will post to the purchaser’s address unless you tell us otherwise, see below.
Sending Directly to the Recipient: If you would like us to send the Gift Card directly to the recipient please provide the name of the recipient and their EMAIL address if digital or the POSTAL address if physical gift card at the time of ordering in the ordering notes section when checking out.
