Chi Yu remains open for treatments until further notice. However, during this pandemic we are even more aware than ever of maintaining high levels of hygiene. To help reduce the risks of infection all therapists and staff will be asked to wear face masks at all times (and not just as usual for some treatments). Hand washing and sanitising will be more frequent even though it is already the norm to wash hands before and after a treatment. All other hygiene practices will be adhered to along with any precautions prescribed in NHS and government guidelines.
If you present with cold or flu like symptoms please follow the current UK guidelines. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment then please do so without concern. During this pandemic we are suspending cancellation penalties such that you will not be charged for cancelling with less than 24 hours notice. If you arrive at chi yu with obvious symptoms then, regrettably, we may ask you to return home for isolation and reschedule your appointment.
Thank you for your understanding and we appreciate your support during this unfortunate time.
